OUT OF CHARACTER
Backtagging: I'm more than okay woth this. If I slow down to a snail's pace in tagging, just poke me. I don't bite.
Threadjacking/Threadhopping: If there's a reason for you to, go ahead.
Fourthwalling: It depends on the situation. As for canon puncturing, I'd rather avoid it unless it's a big part of your character to like Batman/DC in general. Generally I'm fine with "YOU'RE THE RED HOOD!" Over "YOU'RE JASON TODD AND DID THIS AT X TIME WITH X PERSON!" Jason would not take kindly to having people know his secrets.
ACTION
Fighting: All day err day. Go ahead, Jason's a fighter.
Injuries: Once again, it's all good home slice!
Killing: I'm open to having Jason killed if he's being stupid or it's important to the story we have going. The key here is to ask before you try.
Telepathy/Mind-reading: It's canon that Batman teaches his wards to resist telepathy, so it'll be difficult to get a read on him. It's not impossible, but know you're going to have to work to get information. If he realizes his mind's being probed, he'll get pissed.
RELATIONS
Hugging: Hug at your own caution. Dick is the one who enjoys hugs.
Flirting: He's open to flirting. Do note that he isn't always serious, but he'll flirt back.
Kissing and/or other intimate actions: Kissing is fine, depending on the situation. If he isn't interested or doesn't see how he can take advantage, you'll be rebuffed. As for other intimate contact see my kink permissions.
